Dental Assistant

*NO EXPIERENCE REQUIRED*

We are looking for a reliable dental assistant with a positive attitude who will make the practice more efficient and pleasant for patients. You will greet patients, prepare exam rooms, and help the dentist during patient examinations and root canal procedures. The ideal candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be well-organized with great attention to detail. Pay will be discussed at interview. Raises are earned regularly depending on performance, attitude and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked

Skills

• Proven experience as dental assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma is preferred
• Schedule: Mondays 8 AM - 5 PM in Glen Ellyn, Tuesdays 8 AM - 4 PM in Naperville, Wednesdays off, Thursdays 8 AM - 4 PM in Naperville, Fridays 8 AM - 2 PM in Glen Ellyn **1 saturday a month 8-12 pm in Naperville **

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
