Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced dental practice in Winchester. This role is best suited for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience who can confidently support a wide range of procedures.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in assisting with restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, implants, and other advanced treatments, as well as fabricating temporary crowns, maintaining strict sterilization protocols, and taking high-quality digital radiographs. Experience with Dentrix is preferred.

This position requires someone who is self-directed, organized, and able to stay on task without constant oversight. The right candidate will be capable of effectively managing clinical assisting duties, sterilization workflow, and basic lab responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

This is a full-time position with a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Friday workdays as needed.
