Dental Assistant (Experienced) – Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. Our busy, fast-paced practice is expanding to a new nearby location, and we’re looking for a top-tier candidate who is ready to grow with us as we continue delivering exceptional patient care.

About Our Office
We are a modern dental practice equipped with advanced technology, including an in-office mill, 3D printer, and 3Shape TRIOS scanner. Our focus is efficiency, quality, and an outstanding patient experience.

Position Overview
This is not a traditional chairside assisting role. Instead, you will play a key role in managing clinical flow and supporting the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Room setup and breakdown between patients
• Instrument sterilization and infection control
• Taking digital X-rays
• Documenting treatment plans with the doctor
• Recording perio charting
• Scanning for night guards, crowns, bridges, and implants using 3Shape TRIOS
• Assisting with 3D printing and milling (CEREC/Ceramill crowns)
• Maintaining and servicing autoclaves and equipment
• Managing waterline maintenance and OSHA compliance
• Inventory management and stocking supplies
• Preparing patients efficiently for the doctor or hygienist

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Passion for helping patients on their dental health journey

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
