Dental Assistant

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant who genuinely enjoys working with children and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Help create a calm, friendly environment for pediatric patients
• Take X-rays (or willingness to learn)
• Support patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule
• Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers
• Charting with Dentrix

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, patient, and energetic personality
• Must enjoy working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Compensation:

• $14–$18 per hour, depending on experience
