Dental Assistant Job Description:

As a dental assistant, you become the lifeline between patients and the doctors. If you join our team, you’ll be handling a scope of important tasks like making people feel at ease, assisting the doctor chair-side, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Type: Full-time (Part-time available)

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting clients, gathering their medical history, and taking vital signs
• Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
• Assisting in creating dental impressions
• Taking x-rays
• Inputting information into our dental software
• Cleaning and sterilizing dental equipment and treatment rooms
• Helping to monitor dental inventory
• Maintaining patient confidentiality

This practice has been in Waipahu for over 30 years and has been dedicated to serving our local population. Our doctors both started from community service backgrounds, so our heart is really with all of our patients. We know that we all come from different walks in life and want to provide a comfortable place in our dental office.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
