We are a family owned growing, friendly, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Dr. Mark Lewandowski has been in practice for 30 years in the beautiful town of West Branch, MI. He recently hired an Assoicate, Dr. Ashley Turner, in July 2025. We have Dr. Lewandowski's son, Trey, joining our team in June 2026 as he is graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and excellent patient service.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Dream Team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and help maintain an efficient and organized clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Assist the dentist during procedures (chairside assisting)
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Provide post-operative instructions to patients
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant certification
• X-ray certification
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dental software is a plus
