Dental Assistant

Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Location: Maryville, TN

Practice Type: Private, One-Dentist Practice

Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Fridays off)

We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and professional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. If you are someone who loves dentistry and enjoys making a difference in patients' lives, we’d love to meet you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the dentist during patient exams and procedures
• Taking X-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic records
• Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments
• Providing patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
• Maintaining patient records and managing scheduling as needed
• Ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
• Ability to work 25-30 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, caring attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital X-rays and dental software is a plus
• Previous experience in a private practice is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
