Dental Assistant

Smile & Skin Aesthetics of Brighton is a Leading Privately Owned Office that blends Dentistry & Facial Aesthetic Treatments.

We are looking to add a Full Time Dental Assistant to our team. This position is 3 days in Brighton and 2 days in Waltham location.

Mon 8:45-6 (Waltham), Tue 9:15-6 (Brighton), Wed 9:15-6 (Brighton), Thur 8:45-6 (Waltham) and Fri 7:45-4 (Brighton)

We are seeking a dedicated & skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. Must be Registered with the State of MA, have x-ray certification, CPR and OSHA training. The ideal candidate will support our dental team in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the office. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, knowledge of dental terminology, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety.

Our services include Cosmetic Crowns, Fillings, Implants, TMJ treatment, Orthodontic Treatment, Invisalign, "Teeth in a Day", Root Canals and Sedation Dentistry" & Full Facial Spa Services that include Botox, Dysport & Xeomin. (no spa duties for DA) but all team members get spa benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilized.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize 3D scanners for accurate impressions and models.
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory and equipment.

Hourly Rate Depends on Experience $26-$35, Benefits include Health Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time, Paid Vacation, In-House Dental, In-House Spa Benefits and 401k w/ match. Generous signing bonus, inquire for details.
