We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Assistant to become a vital part of our family-oriented dental practice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dentist with over 30 years of experience, acquiring new skills and enhancing your dental knowledge daily.

In our diverse practice, which includes General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Prosthodontics, you will assist in various procedures, ensuring our high standards of care are met. Our patients appreciate the personalized attention they receive, and we expect you to embody that same warmth and welcoming nature.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Dental Assistant, be eager to engage with patients, and foster a supportive environment. We prioritize safety with our extensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, and N95 masks, ensuring a safe workplace for both staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patients, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation of treatments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks as needed, including taking impressions and preparing materials.
• Coordinate patient flow within the office.

Requirements

• Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy is essential.
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of infection control procedures in a clinical setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic is required
