We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant who thrives in a positive, team-aligned environment.

Schedule: * MondayTuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive; based on experience (DOE)
Pay Type: Hourly

Clinical AssistancePatient Care
Provide high-quality chairside assistance (4-handed dentistry) during examinations and procedures.
Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
Take and record accurate medical and dental histories.
Deliver clear post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene education to patients.
Perform dental X-rays and assist with impressions, restorations, and specialized procedures.
Infection ControlOperatory Management
Strictly follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Sterilize and disinfect all instruments and equipment.
Set up and break down operatories efficiently to maintain a smooth patient flow.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all treatment rooms and clinical areas.
OfficeAdministrative Support
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining precise patient records.
Coordinate treatment planning and support the front office with insurance verification or billing tasks as needed.
Monitor and restock inventory to ensure materials are always ready for procedures.
Certification: X-ray Certification is required.
Compliance: Strong working knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our specific systems (like same-day restorative workflows) are essential.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
