Compensation: $21 – $24 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:15 AM – 5:00 PM) | Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!

Your Impact as a Dental Assistant:

• Chairside Excellence: Provide high-level assistance to the dentist during a variety of restorative and cosmetic procedures.

• Patient Advocacy: Ensure patients are comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they are seated until they check out.

• Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality X-rays and digital scans to assist in precise treatment planning.

• Clinical Integrity: Maintain a "gold standard" sterilization area, track inventory, and ensure accurate clinical records are maintained in our digital system.

• Team Support: Collaborate with the front office and hygienists to ensure the practice runs smoothly and the schedule is optimized.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (Required).

• Licensing: Active Arizona Dental Assistant License and X-ray Certification (Required).

• Skills: Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and impressions; experience with digital scanning is a plus.

• Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a "patient-first" attitude and strong communication skills.
