Dental Assistant

Now located in Scottsdale, AZ, Brilliant Smiles Dentistry is a privately owned office looking for a dental assistant to join our growing team!

• Availability between 7 AM- 5 PM Monday and Thursday, 7 AM- 2 PM Friday.
• Ability to multi-task while providing a great patient experience.
• Required x-ray certification after 90 days.
• 2+ years experience assisting general dentistry.
• Experience making temporary crowns or using CEREC is a plus.

Duties Include:

• Set up and prepare operatory rooms for treatment.
• Take x-rays as needed.
• Complete supply ordering monthly.
• Sterilization and disinfecting instruments, rooms, and trays.
• Routine weekly/monthly back office maintenance.
• Assist doctors and hygienists as needed for dental procedures.
• Input clear detailed notes and record recommended treatment accurately.
• Misc. tasks including, but not limited to, ensuring a presentable and organized office, taking out trash daily, and striving to maintain a full and productive schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
