Now Hiring: Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant (Full-Time)

I’m seeking an exceptional Pediatric Dental Assistant—not simply to fill a role, but to step into a position of leadership, influence, and growth within a modern, patient-centered practice.

You will work closely with me to help shape both the clinical and cultural foundation of the practice by:

  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Supporting team coordination, including scheduling and time-off management
  • Elevating systems, workflow, and overall efficiency
  • Ensuring a calm, trauma-informed, and supportive environment for every patient

Ideal qualifications:

3+ years of dental assisting experience (pediatric strongly preferred)

Certification or strong experience in coronal polishing and nitrous oxide monitoring

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to lead and guide others

A genuine passion for working with children, including those with special healthcare needs
