Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered dental practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative functions while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior dental assisting experience REQUIRED
• ICE and RADIOLOGY Certificates REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively in both clinical and administrative roles
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and workflow
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Manage sterilization protocols and maintain compliance standards
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Manage and track lab cases, including sending, receiving, and follow-up
• Support front desk operations including:
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Answering phones and assisting patients
• Following up on treatment plans and patient care
• Contacting insurance companies for verification and information
• Maintain efficient patient flow and support overall team coordination
