Pay:

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule:

• 32–34 hours per week
• Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-1
• Day shifts only
• No weekends

Job Summary

Felt Family Dentistry is hiring a dependable and friendly Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! We’re looking for someone who is team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about providing excellent care. This full-time position offers a supportive, fun work environment with room to grow your clinical skills and be part of a patient-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist chairside during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop digital X-rays
• Chart procedures and treatment notes accurately
• Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene
• Take impressions and assist with lab cases
• Help maintain a calm, friendly, and professional atmosphere
• Support patient scheduling and follow-up coordination as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience (preferred)
• Radiology certification
• Graduation from a dental assisting program (preferred)
• Familiarity with Dentrix software (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-focused, professional, and adaptable
