We’re looking for a Dental Assistant in our Farmington Hills office who brings positive energy, initiative, and a genuine love for helping people.

Dental Assistant

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Escort patients, prepare treatment rooms, and complete room turnover efficiently
• Take dental X-rays, intraoral photographs, and impressions as needed (training required)
• Assist with instrument sterilization and maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked operatories
• Support hygienists and doctors with tray setup and chairside assistance as needed
• Assist with lab case tracking, supply restocking, and light administrative tasks
• Help maintain smooth patient flow during peak times, staff absences, or callouts

Basic qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Open to new graduates with a dental assisting diploma
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with 3D scanners for advanced imaging techniques.
