Our established private dental practice is seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team.

For over 45 years, we have proudly provided high-quality dental care in a non-corporate, patient-centered environment. We are a thriving 12-operatory general dental practice that values teamwork, professionalism, positivity, and excellent patient experiences.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, works well with a team, and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting doctors during a variety of dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilizing operatories and instruments
• Taking digital X-rays and assisting with patient care
• Charting and clinical documentation
• Supporting efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Educating patients on treatment and oral health
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Helping create a comfortable and positive patient experience
• Communicating effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members

Skills & Qualifications:

• Dental assisting experience required
• Dentrix experience required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset with professionalism and reliability
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate doctor and patient needs
• Excellent chairside manner and patient care skills
