Position: Dental Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Our long time Dental Assistant is moving out of state. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our respected and patient-focused endodontic practice. Mayo Endodontics is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and an interest in endodontics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist endodontist with various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Acquire 2D and 3D x-rays
• Provide patients with post-operative care instructions
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and office policies
• Manage clinical inventory and order supplies.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
• Previous experience in an endodontic or dental office (2+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organization
• Proficient in taking dental radiographs and acquiring CBCT imaging
