Dental Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly-motivated, upbeat individual to serve as a Dental Assistant on our team. This position may be full-time or part-time - decision to be made on further discussion.

Required Certifications:

• X-Ray Certification
• Coronal Polish Certification
• CPR-BLS Certification
• Infection Control Certification

Duties include:

• Follow all infection control, OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
• Assist dentist and staff during various dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining supplies in each room
• Instrument sterilization
• Capture and record digital X-ray images
• Maintain accurate patient records using patient management software, Dentrix

All positions in our office include some element of cross-training between front office clerical duties and back office assisting duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Infection Control Certification (Required)
• BLS CPR Certification (Required)
