We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and bilingual Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team in Chaparral, NM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical (Dental Assisting):

· Assist dentists during procedures (chair side assisting).

· Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.

· Take and develop dental X-rays.

· Prepare and organize dental materials.

· Educate patients on oral hygiene.

· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).

· Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and organized.

Qualifications:

· Spanish fluency required.

· DANB certification required.

· 1+ year of customer service experience (required)

· 1+ year of medical terminology knowledge (required)

· 1+ year of computer skills (required)

· Experience with Eaglesoft software (preferred)

· Familiarity with medical coding and dental insurance procedures

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control standards

· Must be reliable, professional, and a team player.

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· Occasional weekend availability
