Dental Assistant – Hygiene Coordination & In-House Lab Support

Dentistry looks different in our office. With a fully functioning in-house lab (including clear aligners we fabricate ourselves), this role goes far beyond typical chairside assisting.

This is a hands-on position supporting hygiene flow, sterilization systems, and lab fabrication, while also covering for a team member on maternity leave.

Schedule

Mon 8–5 | Tue 10:30–5 | Wed 10:30–5 | Thu 8–5 | Fri 8–2

1 Saturday/month (rotating)

What You’ll Do

• Keep hygiene rooms turning over smoothly and on time
• Manage sterilization flow and operatory readiness
• Support hygienists with patient flow and radiographs
• Assist with in-house lab work (models, trimming, aligner cases)
• Provide chairside support for doctors as needed
• Use our AI-assisted clinical note program to support documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Highly organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
• Interested in learning lab procedures and clear aligner workflow
• Team player who enjoys keeping everything running smoothly
