QUALIFICATIONS

• Active NJ X-ray Certification (required — applications without it will not be considered)
• Minimum 1 year of dental experience (pediatric experience preferred)
• CPR/BLS Certification (must be obtained by hire date)
• Strong communicator, comfortable with pediatric patients and families
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to commute to Fairfield, NJ 07004

DUTIES

• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments before each procedure
• Provide chairside assistance during pediatric dental treatments
• Take digital X-rays and 3D scans following strict infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with infection control and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Manage dental supply and equipment inventory
• Support scheduling, insurance verification, and medical record updates
• Perform other duties as assigned
