Dr. Brad Camp, Dr. Bree Highstrom and our team at Legacy Family Dental in Eagle River, WI have an opportunity for somebody to join our team as a Dental Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person with a great attitude to join our close-knit dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the clinic.

Our Dental Assistants work closely with Drs. Camp and Highstrom, as well as our 3 dental hygienists Roni, Jackie and Danielle, to create incredible results for our patients. Duties:

• Assist the dentists and dental hygienists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Take digital x-rays as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software system (Eaglesoft).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Manage appointment scheduling as minor role.
• Support administrative tasks when required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive patient experience within the office.

Requirements:

• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required for the position.
• Positive attitude and ability to relate well with people.
• Good work ethic.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technology or skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fun and busy environment.
