Position Overview

The Dental Assistant plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting clinical excellence, efficiency, and team development. Core Responsibilities

• Assist chairside in general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
• Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance
• Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently
• Support digital workflows (imaging, scanning, charting)
• Ensure clinical organization and inventory management
• Help train and mentor junior assistants
• Support providers in maintaining production efficiency
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant required
• Strong understanding of daily clinical operations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication with patients and team members
• Positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Leadership experience or senior assistant background preferred
