Dental Assistant – Modern Private Dental Office (Wesley Chapel)

Diamond Smiles Dentistry is a brand-new privately owned dental office opening soon in Wesley Chapel, and we’re looking for a positive, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a modern private practice from the beginning and grow alongside the office long-term.

We are not a corporate dental office. Our goal is to create a positive environment for both patients and team members, with a strong focus on quality care, teamwork, and long-term growth.

Schedule

Part-time initially (Mon–Wed), with strong opportunity for additional days and full-time hours as the office grows.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting
• Taking digital X-rays
• Sterilization and operatory setup
• Assisting with patient flow
• Helping create an excellent patient experience
• Supporting team operations when needed

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Private practice experience preferred
• X-ray certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• PPO office experience is a plus
• Experience with modern dental software is a plus (we use Archy, which is very user-friendly)

Compensation

$20–28/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
