We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our busy and supportive dental practice. We are hoping to hire the right person as soon as possible and are excited to welcome someone who is eager to learn, grow, and become an important part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Assist dentists during procedures with chairside assisting
• Turn over treatment rooms efficiently and thoroughly between patients
• Set up and break down operatories to help providers stay on schedule
• Maintain sterilization logs and monitor sterilization equipment
• Keep clinical and sterilization areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support patient flow and assist team members throughout the day
• Take and record patient medical history, vital signs, and other information accurately
• Capture dental X-rays and assist with 3D scanners or other imaging equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Help with front office or scheduling duties when needed
• Educate patients on procedures, post-treatment care, and oral health

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting or sterilization experience preferred
• Experience with dental X-rays, scanners, or imaging equipment is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures preferred
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn and grow

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
