Experienced Dental Assistant — Implant & Cosmetic Practice

Schedule: 4-day workweek | In-person

Relief Dental is a modern, patient-centered cosmetic and comprehensive dental practice seeking an energetic and experienced Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is designed for a confident professional who takes pride in their skill set and thrives in a practice offering a wide mix of advanced dentistry.

This is not an entry-level position. Due to the scope and complexity of procedures performed daily, a strong clinical foundation and proven experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials with precision and efficiency
• Provide calm, professional chairside support to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain high clinical and organizational standards
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Dental Assistant required
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and chairside workflow
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to anticipate clinical needs
• X-ray certification preferred
