Dental Assistant

We are a high-end cosmetic dental office focused on life-changing smile transformations. Our team specializes in advanced cosmetic and restorative procedures that help patients regain confidence and completely transform their appearance and quality of life.

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is not a traditional “general dentistry” role — you will be assisting on high-value cosmetic cases, full smile makeovers, veneers, and complex treatment plans alongside a team focused on excellence, aesthetics, and patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor during cosmetic and restorative procedures
• Prepare operatories and instruments for high-end smile makeover cases
• Capture clinical photos, scans, and assist with digital workflows
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout treatment
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Support efficient case flow and assist with same-day procedures when needed
• Work closely with the clinical and lab team to help deliver exceptional results
• Help create a luxury-level patient experience from consultation to final reveal

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
