Dental Assistant

Looking for a full-time experienced Dental Assistant for our practice in St George. Looking for someone who has great a work ethic, energetic, and provides gentle dentistry through world class customer care in a happy and fun work environment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
• Maintains dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Takes dental radiographs, prepares prescriptions
• Enters patients’ treatment in computer and prepares all consent forms regarding surgery and the use of anesthesia.
• Schedules patients’ next visit appointment.
• Maintains equipment and instruments by proper care, cleaning, and sterilization.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with OSHA infection control policies.
• Adheres to office education and protocol.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and conducts self in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
