A Day in our State-of-the-Art Office Involves

• Digital Workflows: Assist with CEREC scanning, design, and chairside restoration fabrication.
• Cosmetic Chairside Assisting: Partner with Dr. John Pappas on high-end cosmetic transformations, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
• Premium Patient Experience: Provide a warm, luxury hospitality experience for patients from the moment they sit in the chair.
• Clinical Imaging & Charting: Capture precise digital X-rays and manage digital charts seamlessly using Open Dental software.
• Sterilization Control: Maintain strict, ultra-sterile protocols for all clinical areas and instruments.
• Patient Education: Clearly communicate complex cosmetic and post-op care plans to patients.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Tech-Savvy Clinical Skills: Experience with CEREC / digital scanning and Open Dentalsoftware is highly preferred.
• Cosmetic Experience: A strong eye for detail and previous experience in a cosmetic-focused or high-end general practice is a major plus.
• Certifications: Active X-ray certification is required. CPR and RDA credentials are highly preferred.
• Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a compassionate, high-end hospitality mindset.
• Team Mindset: Dependable, proactive, and excited to collaborate with an elite, close-knit clinical team.
