All Smiles Implants & Family Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a modern dental practice that combines advanced implant dentistry with comprehensive family dental care, allowing us to help patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures, including implant, restorative, surgical, and family dentistry treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Chart treatment and update patient records accurately
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative instructions, and oral hygiene
• Manage clinical supplies and maintain organized operatories
• Support efficient patient flow and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required
• Wisconsin dental assisting certification required
• Radiography certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with digital dentistry is a plus
