Dental Assistant

We're searching for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. Our ideal team member has a fun, positive personality and enjoys working in a beautiful newly remodeled practice with our amazing team! We have an excellent schedule: Monday - Thursday, and no late hours!

Duties

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring compliance with aseptic techniques.
• Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to radiation safety protocols and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
• Manage patient records within Dentrix.
• Provide chairside assistance by managing dental materials, handling dental terminology accurately, and supporting four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Monitor vital signs and assist in medical imaging procedures when necessary for patients with special needs or medical conditions.
• Maintain infection control standards through proper sterilization practices and adherence to OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe clinical environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
