Dental Assistant

We are looking to hire a full-time dental assistant to join our dedicated staff at our specialty dental practice. Previous experience as a dental assistant is not required. Duties:

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using four handed dentistry techniques.
• Prepare and maintain treatment area ensuring compliance with aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
• Take dental x-rays while adhering to safety protocols
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
• Manage Patient records, including medical documentation and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Educate patients on post-treatment care
• Perform chair side duties and providing support during endodontic treatment.
• Conduct preliminary assessments by taking vital signs and gathering all medical information
• Collaborate with the front desk to schedule appointment and manage patient flow effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
