Dental Assistant

Seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant for our modern, state-of-the-art, General Dental and Prosthodontic practice located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Boone, NC. We are a very patient-focused dental practice dedicated to giving our patients the absolute best in dental care in a relaxing environment! We are seeking an assistant who is friendly, caring, outgoing, and energetic to join our amazing dental team. Duties:

• Assisting chair-side, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments
• Taking records and x-rays
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Using computers to update electronic and maintain patient records using dental software (Eaglesoft).
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow within the clinic.
• Assisting with lab tasks as needed.
• Assisting with front office tasks as needed.
• Ensure the dental clinic is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
