Dental Assistant

Our dental team is looking for an experienced, friendly and highly motivated RDA/ DA to join our private dental office. We see patients of all ages from 1-101 and focus primarily on preventative and restorative dentistry. The right candidate must have great chair-side manners and be both well organized and detail oriented.

The practice is committed to excellence in both dentistry and patient care. Our ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

• Experience with SoftDent / Open Dental practice management software
• 4-Handed Dentistry
• Experience taking Digital X-Rays
• Experience taking Impressions
• Experience taking Records (clean & proper grammar required)
• Experience and Understanding of proper Sterilization Procedures
• Experience as a Dental Assistant for 2+ years
• Comfortable working with modern dental technology (digital scanners & digital pano/sensors)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive and enthusiastic team player
• Professional, caring, and engaging

Nice To Have:

• Completion of a Dental Assistant program
• Registered Dental Assistant certification
