The Role

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. Whether you're an experienced assistant or just starting your career in dentistry, we'd love to hear from you. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help patients.

Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply — this is a significant asset in serving our diverse patient base.

What You'll Do

• Seat and prepare patients for examination and treatment
• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures (extractions, fillings, emergency treatments)
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Maintain instrument sterilization and operatory turnover
• Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and reduce anxiety
• Document treatment and maintain accurate patient records
• Support front desk and clinical team as needed in a high-volume environment

What We're Looking For

• No experience required — we will train the right candidate
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, urgent care-style setting
• Team player with a patient-first mindset
• Radiograph certification a plus but not required

Schedule

Part-time hours with flexibility. Availability on weekends and/or evenings is a plus given our emergency care model.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience.
