Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

This position will work at BOTH our Odessa and Tampa locations.

You MUST speak fluent ENGLISH and Spanish is preferred

The Expanded Functions Dental Assistant we seek is organized, enthusiastic, has great computer skills, likes working with people, and is multi-talented. We love our practice, and we seek someone who desires to share this experience and contribute. We are a Private practice in the South Tampa area, and a 2nd location in Odessa. Below are the requirements for the position.

Required skills (You must have all these requirements to apply for this position):

• You MUST speak fluent English
• Minimum ONE year of experience as an EFDA on the following items:
• Completing long-span provisional (temporary) bridges
• Taking impressions and pouring
• Taking Digital X Rays
• OSHA, CPR training, and vaccinations up to date
• Ability to sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

Preferred skills:

• Experience with oral surgery assistance
• Eaglesoft or other Dental software
• Spanish
