Dental Assistant

We are an established family practice located in Medway, MA and we are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our amazing team. We are looking for a dependable person with excellent people skills who can work in a fast-paced environment and assist patients and the dentist during various dental procedures. This is a full time position, Mon-Thu and alternating Fri

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and answering questions and requests from patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Uphold a positive rapport with staff members and patients at all times.
• Demonstrate safe and cost-effective practices when utilizing supplies and equipment.
• Assist office in achieving defined goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• MA Dental Assistant License
• Radiology Certification
• Experience in a dental office is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Dependable, organized, and patient-focused
