Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant / RDA Wanted — Pediatric & General Dentistry Experience Preferred

College Street Dental is seeking a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant or RDA with experience in both pediatric and general dentistry to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty dental office.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable assisting with both children and adults, preparing and turning over rooms efficiently, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays if qualified, supporting patient flow, and working closely with doctors and team members in a busy clinical environment.

This position is best suited for someone who is organized, energetic, great with children, calm under pressure, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Experience in a high-volume or corporate dental office setting is strongly preferred. Examples include offices similar to PDS, West Coast Dental, Bright Now Dental, or other multi-provider dental groups.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry
Experience in a fast-paced dental office
Experience in a multi-specialty or multi-provider office preferred
Corporate dental office experience preferred
RDA preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Friendly and professional with patients, parents, doctors, and staff
Dependable, organized, and willing to learn

Pay: $20+ / hour based on experience, credential, skill level, reliability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office.

Bonus opportunity available based on office performance goals, attendance, teamwork, and productivity.
