What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Dental Assistant with a valid Massachusetts license
• 2–4 years of experience preferred (strong candidates with limited or no experience will also be considered)
• Full-time availability
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a thriving practice
• A compassionate, detail-oriented approach to patient care
