Dental Assistant

Our well-established, privately owned dental practice in Hendersonville is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join a highly collaborative clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant who enjoys both supporting hygiene and traditional chairside assisting and is looking for long-term stability, professional growth, and a positive practice culture.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation Package

• Hourly rate of $20–$29 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Monthly Flex Benefit Allowance ($250–$400 per month, increasing with tenure)
• May be applied toward cash compensation, paid time off, or benefits
• Effective total compensation package exceeding $30+ per hour

Work-Life Balance

• Monday–Thursday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• No Fridays
• No evenings
• No weekends

Additional Benefits

• Guaranteed hours
• PTO accrual beginning on day one
• 40 hours during the first year
• Increases to 64 hours annually with tenure

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Current North Carolina Dental X-Ray Certification
• Current Coronal Polish Certification
• Strong four-handed assisting skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience
