The practice is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to contribute to the mission of providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and preparing patients for treatment.
• Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Taking diagnostic quality X-rays.
• Sterilizing instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Managing patient records and scheduling appointments using Dentrix.
• Supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with the perfect blend of personality and potential.
• A current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration is required.
• Proficiency in dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus!)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay, ranging from $21-30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
