Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist a dentist during procedures by preparing instruments, taking digital X-rays, coronal polishing, sealants, etc.
• Ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Experience

• Prior clinic or dental office experience is required, with familiarity in dental terminology.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and health information management practices to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and maintain a welcoming environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
