Dental Assistant

Our office is looking for an RDA to join our San Diego office (92130) team

Duties for our Registered Dental Assistant (DA) Include:

• Welcome patients in the dental office
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant
- Proficient in chairside assisting and dental assisting techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology, aseptic technique, and infection control
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Open Dental, Dentrix
- Ability to work with X-Ray equipment and maintain HIPAA compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
