About the Role:

- Work hand in hand with the doctor, hygiene and admin team to deliver clinical care at the highest aesthetic and clinical standards

- Build real, lasting relationships with patients and colleagues

- Manage and facilitate clinical cases from start to completion

- Manage inventory and supply budget

- Assist chairside for a variety of dental procedures, including endo, perio, oral surgery, implants, clear aligners, and general dentistry.

- Keep accurate records in our practice management software (e.g. patient charts)

-Help patients get the care they want and need

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience

-Strong communication skills

- Eaglesoft experience (a plus)

- Spanish-speaking (a plus)

- A mindset for learning and growth

- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
