At Flaherty and Sauls Dentistry, PLLC, we treat our patients like family—and we have fun doing it! We’re located just north of Charlottesville, VA, with an easy commute from Albemarle, Madison, Orange, and Culpeper.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Dental Assistant who’s ready to be part of our forever work family.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional greeting
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments
• Maintain treatment rooms and ensure patient comfort
• Keep accurate patient records

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Knowledge of dental instruments & sterilization methods
• Reliable, organized, and a true team player
• Passion for delivering excellent patient care
