```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical and dental charts
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including routine cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment for procedures, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Take and process X-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic images as directed by the dentist.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and postoperative care instructions.
- Manage patient records, update medical histories, and schedule appointments.
```Experience```
- No experience is mandatory, willing to train the right candidates for both positions, however, previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred, especially experience in the dental field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
