What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact)

• Be the doctor's right hand chairside, keeping procedures efficient and smooth
• Take high-quality digital X-rays
• Own and manage lab case tracking to keep treatment on schedule
• Maintain inventory and ordering so the team is always set up for success
• Help deliver a top-tier patient experience from start to finish
• Ensure sterilization and infection control standards are consistently met

What We Need From You

• Dental Assisting Certificate (required)
• Active X-ray certification/license
• Ability to stay organized and move with urgency in a busy environment
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members
• A team player mindset-positive, reliable, and ready to jump in
