Pay: From $22.00 per hour (increases based on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility based on surgical needs)

About the Role
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Office is an established specialty practice dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a modern, supportive environment. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Oral Surgery Assistant who is bilingual in Polish and English to support our oral surgeon in a variety of procedures and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct chairside assistance during oral surgery procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and IV sedation cases
- Prepare and maintain the operatory, surgical instruments, and equipment
- Perform radiographic imaging (periapical, panoramic, CBCT) and digital scanning
- Sterilize instruments and follow strict infection control protocols
- Monitor sedated patients for comfort and safety
- Deliver clear postoperative instructions and patient education
- Keep the surgical environment organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in oral surgery or implant dentistry strongly preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and composure under pressure
- Genuine commitment to patient care and teamwork
- Bilingual fluency in Polish and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required
