We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and proactive Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. This position is ideal for someone with strong chairside experience, solid clinical judgment, and the ability to support our doctors and patients efficiently throughout the day.
As a core part of our clinical team, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a seamless daily flow. Responsibilities include:
Chairside Excellence: Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures with confidence and efficiency.
Patient Care: Provide patients with a calm, professional, and friendly experience from the moment they sit in the chair.
Operatory Management: Prepare operatories before patient appointments, and efficiently break down, clean, and turn over rooms.
PreparationWorkflow: Review patient charts ahead of time, prepare for scheduled treatments, and ensure all instruments, materials, and supplies are ready before procedures begin.
Diagnostics: Take high-quality dental X-rays as needed.
Team Communication: Help keep appointments on schedule by staying organized, maintaining a smooth patient flow, and communicating clearly with the doctor, clinical team, and front office.
To maintain our strong clinical systems, you will also help with:
Keeping operatories fully stocked and highly organized.
Supporting sterilization and instrument processing protocols.
Strictly following OSHA, infection control, and office safety regulations.
Monitoring inventory and communicating when clinical supplies are running low.
Maintaining a clean, efficient workspace and supporting consistency in our daily clinical routines.
Dental Assistant Certificate
CPR / BLS Certification
Strong clinical assisting skills across multiple procedure types.
Expanded Duties Certificate (highly preferred).
